Bird Point on the Turnagain Arm

On the way to Anchorage, we stopped at an interesting Antler/Rock Shop. We also stopped at Bird Point on the Turnagain Arm to watch the tidal bore come in from Cook Inlet. You can see the small wall of water as it is moving upstream and over the sand bars. Click on any of the thumbnail pictures to see an expanded view.
