Misty Fjords National Park, Ketchikan

We took a Dehaviland Beaver float plan ride into The Misty Fjords National Park. It was a clear and beautiful afternoon for flying. We landed on an alpine lake and got out on a dock to look around. Just before landing, we saw some seals basking on the shore. On the way out, we saw what remained of a volcano's core rising up in the center of the its water filled caldera.
