Wildlife

These are a selection of pictures of the wildlife we saw while traveling on Lake Vermilion and in the BWCA. We also saw several deer but by the time we could get the camera out, they retreated back into the forest. There were many loons and ducks but we have only included one picture of each. Almost every evening we were treated to hear the loons calling to each other. Click on any of the thumbnail pictures to see an expanded view.
