Waterfalls

These are a selection of pictures taken of various water falls we encountered on our BWCA trip. The water was unusually high which created some spetacular waterfalls that might otherwise be flowing creeks/streams between lakes. The last row of pictures are of the "Devils Cascade". The Devils Cascade drops over 75 feet through a granite gorge from Lower Pauness Lake to the Little Indian Sioux River. Click on any of the thumbnail pictures to see an expanded view.
