2010 MN State Park Trip

Itasca State Park

We spent a couple hours in Itasca on our way home to see the sights. The park has significantly changed since we were last there. It has become very commercial with trinket shops, snack bars, etc. The focus appears to be on the RV crowd. We drove the 16 mile loop stopping to see the sights along the route and continued on our way. Click on any of the thumbnail pictures to see an expanded view.
