WY - Devil's Tower National Monument

We spent two days at Devil's Tower in the Devil's Tower Campground (3845 feet). We hiked all the trails at and around the tower. The most interesting was the 1.3 mile hike around the base of the tower that started at the visitor center (4245 feet) and provided fantastic views of the Tower (5112 feet). There is a big prairie dog town right along the entrance road. The little buggers are everywhere scolding and scampering along and into the road.
