Nevada
Overview
After biking across Arizona, we entered
Nevada via Highway 93 that crosses over the Hoover Dam. We spent six days (June
11-16, 2002) in Nevada during a period of extremely warm temperatures. Each
day, the temperature was in excess of 100 degrees. After spending a couple days
at Lake Mead and a day touring the Hoover Dam, we spent a few days site seeing
in Las Vegas before packing up our equipment and taking the Greyhound Bus to
